Nagarjuna will be playing a dual role in his next film. That's not all. The actor will be pairing up with Ramya Krishna again in the movie to be directed by a debutant, Kalyan. The duo were a hit on-screen pair in the 90s, having acted together in numerous films like Sankeertana, Iddaru Iddare, Criminal, Gharana Bullodu, Hello Brother, Annamayya, to name a few.
"I loved the script narrated by Ram Mohan (producer of Uyyala Jumpala). It's a whacky script and we handpicked debutante director Kalyan to direct the movie, which will be on the lines of Hello Brother. I'm eagerly looking forward to start shooting for the film," said the actor.
The movie will be set in a rustic backdrop and will have the actor in a massy yet light-hearted avatar. Nag also revealed that he's going to be sporting a panche kattu in the film, set in a village. "I'll be seen in a proper panche kattu for one of the characters and I'm very excited about it. I'm paired opposite Ramya Krishna for one of the characters and another leading lady is yet to be finalised," the actor added.
Sharing details about his upcoming multi-starrer, Nag confirmed that he will be working with NTR Jr in the film to be directed by Vamsi Paidipally. "I really loved the script and I'm surprised that Vamsi has penned such a theme. The script is almost done and I'll start working on the movie soon."
