Young Tiger Jr NTR’s Rabhasa which was released yesterday gets good response at ticket window.As per trade, 'Rabhasa' first day share in AP and Nizam will be anywhere between Rs 9.25 crore to Rs 10.25 crore. The movie expected to break day 1 collections of Baadshah which has raked 9.25 crores on day 1.Baadshah holds the record of Tollywood second highest grosser on Day 1 and it was very next to Pawan starrer AD.Now Rabhasa expected to replace Baadshah position.
More screens have been added from Noon shows to cope up with the enormous demand from film buffs across AP and Telangana. However, it remains to be seen as to how the film fares post the first day. The long weekend is expected to work in the film's favour and help boost its opening weekend business.
The film also performed well in Overseas. NTR has great market value in USA and Rabhasa too is performing well in the territory. As per trade reports, the Santosh Srinivas directorial raked $ 96K (Rs 58 Lakhs) through premiere shows on Thursday. Trade pundits predict the movie to collect minimum of half a million at the end of first week. Depending on the word of mouth which is average to above average, Distributors and Exhibitors of 'Rabhasa' are confident of pulling the crowds to theaters till another biggie hits the screens.
