Director Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming film Killing Veerappan is all set for a release on December 4th and it is releasing in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada languages. Now Varma gets a shock from Veerappan's wife, Muthulakshmi. Now the latest news is that Muthulakshmi is demanding a ban on the movie.
According to sources, Veerappan's wife Muthulakshmi gave permission to RGV for making the film in only Hindi but he is releasing the movie in other languages like Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
“I didn't like the title of the movie and RGV also showed my husband in a bad light. She also expressed that if the film showcases her husband in a bad light then it will make an adverse effect on her family", Muthu Lakshmi said in a press meet. She has also approached court demanding a ban on movie release.
However, Kannada movie director AM Ramesh is telling that they paid Rs 31 lakhs to Muthulakshmi in 2006 and got the Killer Veerappan movie rights from her. Now in the last minute she is playing the cheap tricks to stop the release of the film. Sandeep Bharadwaj, Shivaraj Kumar, Rockline Venkatesh and Parul Yadav playing the main lead roles.
