There is this common belief in Tollywood that the eighth film of every actor had went on to be a flop. Whether it's Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, NTR Jr, Allu Arjun or Prabhas all their respective eighth films have been dud at the BO. With the upcoming Govindudu Andari Vadele being the eighth film of Mega Power Star Ram Charan Tej, buzz is that the film is destined to be a disappointment. Ram Charan however seems to be least perturbed about the prevailing sentiment.
"I never heard about the eighth film sentiment. I was told about it by my manager a couple of days ago. I don't know what to make of it really. As far as Govindudu Andarivadele goes, I'm sure the film will break the jinx and earn the producer a windfall of profits. I'm confident that the movie will be a huge success," said Ram Charan.
Kajal Aggarwal is playing the female lead in the movie directed by Krishna Vamsi. Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Kamalinee Mukherjee are playing important roles in the movie set for release on October 1.
