Not just regional media and national media is curious about Ram Charan's Govindudu Andari Vadele (GAV), but the craze of the movie has crossed the borders. UK media is now going gaga over Charan's forthcoming family drama. Hemel Hempstead's Gazette "Hemel Today" has featured a story on GAV. With a headline "One of world's biggest film industries 'Tollywood' comes to town", the story talked about the film, actor Ram Charan and director Krishna Vamsi.
Vamsi was quoted by the newspaper and the paper also reported about Hyderabad, Telugu cinema and most importantly about GAV. The report has given a peep into the film, Charan's character, shooting locales and Vamsi's interest on Rugby.
However, this is not first time for Charan to hit headlines in international media. Earlier, Charan was in global news when a biscuit brand in Japan has named one of its products after him and sold them in large numbers in Kyote and Kobe where more south Indians live. Charan's Magadheera was a stupendous hit in Japan.
