Star heroes and their star producers need to have better understanding to bring the best of their combination. And this understanding means not just respecting each other's creative decisions but should take the other's emotional quotient into consideration. An incident involving Jr NTR and his "Baadshah" "Temper" producer Bandla Ganesh is an epitome of such examples. Check this story.
Absolutely the "Temper" unit including Jr NTR, Puri Jagan and Bandla Ganesh are working round the clock to get the flick released on January 9th at any cost. Already theatres are being booked, distributors are locking number of screens and other arrangements are being made. As cine workers have called off their strike, everyone thought that Temper is bang on target. But the sudden demise of NTR's brother Janakiram in a road accident pushed the film's release into ambiguity. More than that, we have to say that the two great hearts of both NTR and Ganesh have took a stunning call about the movie.
As a death happened in his family, Junior could simply cancel all the shootings for his stature as a leading star hero. But commitment is the game for Nandamuri heroes. NTR left the decision to producer Ganesh as crores of rupees are at stake for "Temper", in terms of setting combinations of other stars and releasing in festival season to have a maximum reach. And it is producer Ganesh's turn to show his mighty heart at the same time. He simply requested director Puri to cancel the shoot for 10 days until completes the 'Pedda Karma' ceremony of Janakiram.
Ganesh is heard saying, "A film could be released at anytime. When someone is mourning his dear one's loss it is unethical to call him to work". That's truly respecting each other!!!
