Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu - Story
This film story consists of three crime sub-plots run in parallel. The main plot is about a missing plane carrying Indian cricketers and celebrities, next plot is about series of child abductions in Hyderabad city and last one is about a young boy’s complain about his missing home. Special investigating officer Deepak Reddy (Nara Rohit) and Neelima (Shriya Saran) are assigned to airplane case, S.I. Vinay (Sudheer Babu) works on missing home case. The hijacker demands 300 criminals should be killed by the government, to release equal number of hostages. Will the government accept his proposal? What’s the underlying connection between the three sub-plots forms the rest of the story.
Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu - Star Performance
Sudheer Babu as S.I. Vinay got lengthier role than other two, he did perform well. Nara Rohith as special officer, Shriya Sharan as his colleague got limited opportunity to do any performance. Actor ‘Sri Vishnu’ who is known for boy next door roles, played antagonist role. His getup is odd, dialogue delivery is terrible. Maybe he’ll regret doing this role for next few years. Remaining cast is forgettable
Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu - Technical Team
Music by Mark K Robinson is pretty disappointing but his background score was just about. As said earlier, the production values are horrible as short films made these days have better standards. Editing lacks the punch as many scenes in both the halves could have been edited. The camerawork is neat in only certain areas. Dialogues are just about okay and the production design is bad. Coming to the director Indrasena, he has done a horrible job with the film. Though his thought process is good, the way he has executed the film is totally disappointing. Not only his narration lacks the focus in many areas but he tests the patience of the audience with his illogical scenes.
Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu - Analysis
On the whole, Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayulu is a silly mystery thriller which goes wrong in every which way. Though the major star cast tries hard to save the film with their performance, there is nothing interesting that the audience can look forward to. So, keep your expectations in check and watch it at your own risk.
