Ever since the government of Telangana roped in Tennis ace Sania Mirza as its brand ambassador, and even honoured her, all eyes are set on AP government that whom it will rope in for the coveted post. The interesting, although assumptive, option doing the rounds in political circles is the name of actor-politician Pawan Kalyan. Undeniably, he has massive fan base, star charisma, crowd-pulling image, who could be a big brand for Andhra Pradesh.
Considering that CM Chandra Babu Naidu share good bond with Pawan Kalyan, especially post the elections. Also, the fact that Pawan Kalyan is liked by PM Narendra Modi, and vice versa, it would be really easy for AP government to smoothen things and get funds from Centre. And Chandra Babu would be more than happy to appoint Mr Pawan Kalyan as AP's Brand Ambassador. A reliable source in AP government shares on condition of anonymity, "Pawan Kalyan is a fire brand. He has taken on both KCR, Jagan equally like nobody during the elections and vouched for the nationality rather than regionality. He has fans in both AP and Telangana as well. He also helped TDP and BJP to bag few seats. All these factors work in favour of Pawan Kalyan."
The big question on everyone's lips is will Pawan Kalyan gives his nod? Since Pawan moved onto movies post elections and also waiting for Election Commission to announce Jana Sena as a registered political party, will Pawan distance himself with TDP-led government in order to gain political mileage or will he extend his helping hands to government? As these are merely speculative, Pawan camp is reluctant to comment. And the another interesting point is, if not Pawan Kalyan, who is the best person to be the Brand Ambassador for Seemandhra.
