Ever since the 2014 elections, Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan was hardly scene in the state political scene. Barring a few tweets and a visit to the capital region to address the farmers issues and a press meet, there was not much heard from the Powerstar. However, his recent meeting with the AP CM Chandrababu Naidu created a major storm in the political circles.
While the Janasena and the TDP cadres are elated with Pawan praising Chandrababu's reign, there are a few other sections which are not impressed with Pawan's confused tactics in politics. Joining the counter attacks of Congress and YSRCP, the Sahiti Sravanthi state President Telakapalli Ravi mocked Pawan saying that Pawan is a 'guest artiste' in politics.
Criticizing Pawan with his famous dialogue from Atharintiki Dharedhi, Ravi mocked saying, 'choodappa siddappa unte raajakiyallo undu, ledante cinemalu chesuko'. Ravi went on to say that Pawan's stand is confusing and that it is tough to understand from whose side he is questioning whom. Lambasting further, Ravi said that Pawan is still making statements in the air regarding special status and special package issues.
