Telangana Chief Minister KCR seems to be busy on second day of his Delhi tour. He met Home Minister Rajnath Singh, HRD Minister Smriti Irani and Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Sunday and requested them for the development of Telangana state.
KCR asked the Union Ministers on clarity on some issues that mentioned in Telangana bill. Reportedly, KCR was not received any encouragement from Home Ministry. KCR was discussed with Rajnath Singh on assigning Powers to the Governor as per the Telangana bill. As per buzz, Rajnath “we followed to implement as per in the Telangana bill. We can’t go beyond that”. Adding to that Rajnath said Special Powers assigned to the Governor as per 8th schedule of the Telangana bill for the protection of lives of SA people and their assets.
KCR replied that Governor Intervention creates problems in the state. It seems that TRS failed to convince Rajnath Singh on Governor Policing in Hyderabad. KCR requested Home Minister that Governor should not involve regularly in Government’s ruling.
KCR also wants the Supervision of Telangana Government on central government institutes that are in Hyderabad. Rajnath Singh gave clarity to KCR on all issues.
