The newly-elected Rajya Sabha TDP MP, TG Venkatesh, confessed that he was afraid of the split of the combined Andhra Pradesh and feared the worst. He had the fear of the unknown prior to the split. But after the split, as the two States were progressing, he had no fears anymore.
Speaking in Arya Vysya International Mahasabha in Karimnagar, Venkatesh said separate Telangana and Andhra agitations were now like film episodes. Now that both Telangana and Andhra were marching ahead, the cinema was over, he added.
